Louis J. Weber P.L.S., P.P. founded Louis J. Weber and Associates, Inc. in 1988. He began his surveying career in 1977, laying out logging roads for the US Forest Service in the 
backcountry of Washington State.
Over the next ten years, Lou perfected his craft and furthered his formal education, working as a Party Chief, Survey Technician and Chief of Surveys for several reputable companies , all while studying Surveying Mathematics, the Legal Aspects of Advanced Surveying and Surveying Law.
Lou is the president of Louis J. Weber and Associates, Inc., one of New Jersey’s top surveying firms, a licensed professional planner and land surveyor who continues his education by attending seminars and industry workshops.
At Weber Surveying, our field chiefs are veteran construction surveyors with 20 plus years of experience making onsite decisions.
Our surveyors, field technicians and mapping personnel are educated and thoroughly trained in worksite safety. Our staff maintains current certifications (OSHA-10 and 40 hour courses, railroad safety, FAA airport security clearances, 40 hour HAZMAT CLASSES and yearly HAZMAT REFRESHER) to facilitate access to a wide variety of project sites. We are affiliated with the Operating Engineers Local 825 (NJ) and Local 15D (NYC). Wecurrently have eight full-time field crews.
